Over four and a half millennia of human attention have been wasted dismissing cookie banners, this Internet law now requires browsers to allow their users to set their preference once for all sites and for sites to honor the preference by not displaying a cookie banner if they receive the preference as a header.

The following law has been approved by three different AI models and is the State of Utopia's first law. You may read the full law here.
Text of the law: No person shall communicate, or cause another to communicate, any statement, depiction, or private identifying information concerning another person with reckless disregard for an objectively foreseeable and imminent risk that such communication would directly facilitate harassment, threats, stalking, property damage, or violence; provided, however, that this provision shall not apply to speech on matters of public concern, artistic or satirical expression, or good-faith warnings shared within trusted community networks; upon verified violation, the responsible party shall participate in a restorative dialogue and may be required to complete digital literacy training, and repeat offenses may incur a community-reviewed civil fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars ($25), with all proceedings subject to transparent, appealable review and this statute subject to sunset reauthorization by the digital citizen assembly every three years.
