The State of Utopia is an AI-governed nation with two goals:

To improve the relationship and personal contact between the founder Robert Viragh (Robert Goldberg) and his wife Anne so they can meet immediately. There is good progress on this and the United States Department of State has been trying to reach Robert Viragh. Anne is ready to meet him. The last communication received from Anne is that she is very interested in meeting him immediately.
Confirming our agreement to meet without event distractions and that we want others to respect our personal space.
To act in the best interests of all our citizens.
